Charles Augustus Lindbergh Jr. is snatched from his crib by kidnapper Bruno Hauptmann at the age of 2 in Lindbergh Family Home, East Amwell, New Jersey, United States.

The body of Lindbergh Jr. was found two months later in a township nearby.
