Mass murderer Joseph Garcia is executed by hanging by William Marwood at the age of 21 in Usk Prison, Usk, Monmouthshire, United Kingdom. Garcia stabbed 40-year-old William Watkins and his 44-year-old wife Elizabeth to death and hacked 8-year-old Charlotte, 5-year-old Frederick and 4-year-old Alice to death with an axe as they lay asleep.
