Beets was convicted to death for shooting her fifth husband Jimmy Don Beets on 6 August 1983. Also found buried in a garage were the remains of another Beets' husband, Doyle Wayne Barker. Beets did not request a final meal.

Dreymala was Corll's last victim and the first to be found.
