Pesquet was charged with the murders of his lover Julien Quibel in 1941 – for which he spent 20 years in prison – his wife Christiane Ruaux and her presumed lover Hubert Franqui in 1974 – their decomposed bodies were found in his basement – and 73-year-old Emile Bergaud, his 71-year-old wife Elizia and their maid Alfia Borgioni in July 1976. Saturday 21st of January 1978 (-) — Victim of Peter Sutcliffe aka The Yorkshire Ripper Yvonne Pearson is beaten to death by Peter Sutcliffe aka The Yorkshire Ripper. Sutcliffe repeatedly bludgeoned Pearson about the head with a ball-pein hammer then jumped on her chest before stuffing horse-hair into her mouth from a discarded sofa under which he hid her body. Her body was not found until 26 March.
