Members of Left-wing militant group the Rote Armee Fraktion aka Baader-Meinhof Gruppe Andreas Baader, Jan-Carl Raspe and Holger Meins are arrested after a shootout with the police in Hofeckweg 2-4, Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany. During the siege Baader is shot in the leg.
