Start of the trial against 61-year-old serial rapist Dino Scala aka Le Violeur de la Sambre in Douai, Nord-Pas-de-Calais, France. Scala was suspected of having committed 56 rapes, attempted rapes, assaults and sexual assaults between 1988 and 2018 in the Sambre Valley.
