Triple bomb attack by die Rote Armee Fraktion aka Baader-Meinhof Gruppe 'Kommando Petra Schelm' in IG Farben Building, Frankfurt am Main, Hessen, Germany. Lt. Col. Paul Bloomquist was killed by the last bomb and dozens of Americans and Germans were injured.
