As thousands of spectators were leaving the ground by stairway 13, it appears that someone, possibly a child being carried on his father's shoulders, fell, causing a massive chain-reaction pile-up of people. Over 200 people were injured.

20-year-old performance artist Danny Devos aka DDV performs 'Installation - 2' in Turfschip, Chasséveld, Breda, Noord-Brabant, Netherlands. I was hanging with my arms spread and blindfolded in a darkened corridor. To my feet ropes were attached, leading to the door. Each time somebody entered he/she pulled my body towards him/her.
