 Serial killer Peter William Sutcliffe aka The Yorkshire Ripper dies of complications of COVID-19 at the age of 74 in University Hospital of North Durham, Durham, County Durham, United Kingdom. Sutcliffe had refused treatment for COVID-19 after having previously returned to HMP Frankland following treatment for a suspected heart attack two weeks prior. |
