32-year-old serial killer Ludwig Tessnow aka The Mad Carpenter his death sentence is confirmed at an appeal hearing in Reichsgericht, Leipzig, Sachsen, Germany. Tessnow was sentenced to death in 1902 despite the opinion of six psychiatrists that he was insane.
