He drove me to 3520 North Marshall Street and we went into the house. He identified himself to me as Gary Heidnik. We went up to the second-floor front bedroom and he gave me a $20 bill. Then we took off our clothes and we had sex on his water bed." Rivera was held captive in a pit in the basement of Heidnik's house along other women he abducted until 24 March 1987 when she managed to escape.

Murderer Jack Sullivan is executed by the gas chamber at the age of 23 in Arizona State Prison Complex, 1305 E Butte Avenue, Florence, Arizona, United States. Asked if he had a last request before he was executed Sullivan replied “You might get me a gas mask.”
