Honorary Prime Minister of the Black Panther Party Stokely Carmichael aka Kwame Ture dies of prostate cancer at the age of 57 in Conakry, , Guinea. Carmichael said that his cancer "was given to me by forces of American imperialism and others who conspired with them." He claimed that the FBI had infected him with cancer in an assassination attempt.
