Hedvig Sarah Samuelson aka Sammy is stabbed and shot dead by murderess Winnie Ruth Judd aka The Trunk Murderess at the age of 24 in Phoenix, Arizona, United States.

Judd also killed Agnes Anne LeRoi in the same event. Judd cut the bodies in pieces and mailed them in trunks to Los Angeles, where they were discovered 3 days later, blood seeping from one of them.
