Serial killer Archibald Thomson Hall aka The Monster Butler aka Roy Fontaine dies of a stroke at the age of 78 in Kingston Prison, Portsmouth, Hampshire, United Kingdom. Hall made numerous suicide attempts in prison which were all unsuccessful.
