19-year-old San Miguel and 17-year-old Jerome Green killed 28-yearold manager Michael Phelan, 16-year-old pregnant waitress Theresa Fraga, her 23-year-old cousin Frank Fraga and 35-year-old Son Nyugen during the robbery of a Taco Bell restaurant in Irving on 26 January 1991. Green was sentenced to 50 years imprisonment.

Murderer Bryan Eric Wolfe is executed by lethal injection at the age of 45 in Huntsville Prison, 815 12th Street, Huntsville, Texas, United States. Wolfe's last meal request was for fried chicken legs, fried pork chops, barbecue ribs, french fries, peach cobbler and a banana. Wolfe's last words were "I will be OK. I am at peace with all of this and I won't have to wake up in prison any more. I love you all. I totally surrender to the Lord. I am ready, Warden."
