He received life sentences for each of the two charges to be served consecutively rather than concurrently.

Davis announced the DNA test results proving that 82-year-old serial killer Albert DeSalvo aka The Boston Strangler aka The Measuring Man aka The Green Man was the source of seminal fluid recovered at the scene of 19-year-old Mary Sullivan's 1964 murder in Boston, Massachusetts, United States.
