Eugénie Delomme is raped and strangled by serial killer Joseph Vacher aka L’Eventreur du Sud-Est at the age of 21 in Beaurepaire, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France. Vacher also severed Delomme's right breast. She was his first deadly victim. |
