Steven Jay Wells is abducted, raped and strangled by serial killer William Bonin aka The Freeway Killer at the age of 19 in El Segundo Boulevard, Los Angeles, California, United States.

At Bonin's apartment Wells was bound, raped, beaten about the face and torso by Bonin and James Munro, then informed he was to be murdered before he was strangled to death with his own T-shirt.
