Murderer Herbert Young is executed by hanging at the age of 27 in Arizona State Prison Complex, 1305 E Butte Avenue, Florence, Arizona, United States. Young was the last person to be executed by hanging in Arizona. On 6 July 1934 the Hernandez brothers were the first to die in the Arizona State Prison Gas Chamber.
