Phoenix collapsed outside and convulsed for over five minutes. By the time paramedics had arrived on the scene Phoenix was turning dark blue in full cardiac arrest and in a flatline state. They administered medication in an attempt to restart his heart. He was rushed to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center where further attempts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.

Mass murderer Harry Kecinski commits suicide by a shot in the head at the age of 43 in Lundbarg 27, Fahrdorf, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. In depair over the loss of his job and heavy debts Kecinsky shot his wife Lisa and seven children and took his own life.
