Serial killer Kenneth Alessio Bianchi aka The Hillside Strangler is born in Rochester, New York, United States. Bianchi was born to a prostitute who gave him up for adoption two weeks after he was born. He was adopted at three months by Frances Scioliono and her husband Nicholas Bianchi.
