Contract killer Alan Jeffrey Bannister is executed by lethal injection at the age of 39 in Missouri State Penitentiary aka The Walls, 115 Lafayette Street, Jefferson City, Missouri, United States. Bannister was executed by manual lethal injection. His last words were "The State of Missouri is committing as premeditated a murder as possible, far more heinous and deliberate than my crime. Thank you to all of you who have supported me."
