51-year-old mathematician and serial bomber Theodore Kaczynski aka The Unabomber mails bomb #14 to computer science professor David Gelernter in Yale University, New Haven, Connecticut, United States. Gelernter suffered severe burns and shrapnel wounds, permanent damage to his right eye and loss of his right hand.
