42-year-old serial killer John Allen Muhammad, originally John Allen Williams aka The Beltway Sniper and his 17-year-old accomplice Lee Boyd Malvo are arrested in Myersville, Maryland, United States. Muhammad's blue 1990 Chevrolet Caprice, a former police car, was spotted parked in an Interstate 70 rest stop.
