33-year-old serial killer Jeanne Weber, originally Jeanne Moulinet aka l’Ogresse de la Goutte d’Or is sent to an asylum in Nanterre, Île-de-France, France. Weber was only briefly confined to the asylum and the doctors there pronounced her sane and set her free.
