Amaru was first forced to bear witness to the execution of his wife Micaela Bastidas, his eldest son Hipólito, his uncle Francisco Tupa Amaro, his brother-in-law Antonio Bastidas and some of his captains before his own death. After the failed dismemberment by four horses Amaru's body was quartered and he was then beheaded.

21-year-old school shooter Andrew Golden aka Drew Douglas Grant is released from prison in Arkansas Juvenile Assessment & Treatment Center, 1501 Woody Drive, Bryant, Arkansas, United States. Golden served nine years for the Jonesboro Massacre.
