Privacky and two other inmates overpowered the driver of a facilities semi-truck and tried to drive it through the double fence. Guards from the prison quickly apprehended two of the inmates but Privacky tried to flee the truck once it stopped and was shot.

Double murderer Donald Anthony Miller is executed by lethal injection at the age of 45 in Huntsville Prison, 815 12th Street, Huntsville, Texas, United States. Miller's last meal request was for one piece of fried chicken, ketchup, one bacon-lettuce-and-tomato sandwich, two enchiladas, sweet tea, and a cinnamon roll.
