Alexander Sasha Chepel is abducted and stabbed to death by serial killer Andrei Chikatilo aka The Rostov Ripper at the age of 11 in Voroshilovsky Prospekt, Rostov, Rostov Oblast, Russia. Chepel's body was found on 2 September in a forest belt on the left bank of the Don. |
