Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Hungary Pál Teleki born as Pál János Ede Teleki de Szék commits suicide by a shot through the head at the age of 62 in Sándor Palace, Budapest, Közép-Magyarország, Hungary. Teleki wanted to avoid collaboration with the Nazis. In his suicide note he wrote "We will become body-snatchers! A nation of trash. I did not hold you back. I am guilty."
