Apollonia Kühn is attacked with scissors by serial killer Peter Kürten aka The Vampire of Düsseldorf at the age of 55 in Bertastraße, Düsseldorf, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.

Kühn was stabbed 18 times in the face, hand, arms and back of the head, but survived.
