The body of 35-year-old victim of Arthur Shawcross aka The Genesee River Killer June Cicero is discovered by aerial surveillance in Salmon Creek, Rochester, New York, United States. She was strangled and mutilated by Arthur Shawcross aka The Genesee River Killer on 17 December 1989. The surveillance team also spotted Shawcross masturbating in his car on a bridge over Salmon Creek.
