Robber Joseph Hugues Nicolas Lesurques is executed by the Guillotine at the age of 33 in Place de Grève, IVe, Paris, Île-de-France, France. Lesurques is widely believed to be innocent and this case is remembered in France for being a famous example of miscarriage of justice.
