29-year-old serial killer Randy Greenawalt escapes with prison mate Gary Tison with the help of Tison's three sons in Arizona State Prison Complex, 1305 E Butte Avenue, Florence, Arizona, United States. Greenawalt and Tison went on a killing spree that claimed six lives. They ran into a police roadblock on 11 August where Greenawalt and Tison's sons were arrested. Tison fled into the desert and died of exposure.
