Brian Howe is strangled by child killer Mary Bell aka Child of Hell at the age of 3 in Scotswood, Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland, United Kingdom.

After the murder Bell returned to Brian’s body to further mutilate it, carving an 'M' onto his stomach, puncturing his thighs with a pair of scissors and wounding his genital area.
