Frank Wayne 'Dale' Landingin is strangled by serial killer John Wayne Gacy aka The Killer Clown at the age of 19 in 8213 West Summerdale Avenue, Cook, Chicago, Illinois, United States.

Landingin's body was found in the Des Plaines River. Investigators found Landingin's driver's license in Gacy's home.
