Four gypsies are killed in the seventh bomb attack by 46-year-old xenophobic serial bomber Franz Fuchs in Oberwart, Burgenland, Austria. 40-year-old Josef Simon, 27-year-old Peter Sarközi, 22-year-old Karl and 18-year-old Erwin Horvath were killed by an improvised explosive device which was attached to a sign that read "Roma zurück nach Indien".
