Peter Fuchs is abducted, tortured and killed by serial killer Jürgen Bartsch aka Der Kirmesmörder at the age of 13 in Luftschutzbunker, Heegerstraße 34, Langenberg, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany. Fuchs was abducted from the Hauptbahnhof in Oberhausen. |
