Three members of Radical left organisation the Weather Underground are killed while constructing a nailbomb in a townhouse in 18 West 11th Street, New York City, New York, United States. The killed Weathermen were 22-year-old Theodore Gold, 28-year-old Diana Oughton and 22-year-old Terry Robbins.
