During a scuffle in front of the stage Hunter took s long-barreled black .22 caliber revolver from his jacket and pointed it in the air. Passaro stabbed Hunter five times in the upper back. Witnesses also reported Hunter was stomped on by several Hells Angels while he was on the ground.

Dean Arnold Corll aka The Candyman is shot dead by serial killer Elmer Wayne Henley at the age of 34 in 2020 Lamar Drive, Pasadena, Texas, United States.

Henley would later lead the police to 27 bodies of boys he delivered to Corll, who tortured and killed them.
