Juni Georg von Rauch is sentenced for assaulting a journalist from Quick magazine in Schwurgericht I, Turmstraße 91, Moabit, Berlin, Berlin, Germany. Upon sentencing von Rauch changed places with RAF collegue Thomas Weissbecker, left the courtroom and went in the underground.
