Novarro had hired the Ferguson brothers from an agency to come to his home for sex but the two young men believed that a large sum of money was hidden in Novarro's house. Novarro died as a result of asphyxiation - having choked to death on his own blood after being beaten. Some say Novarro had in fact been suffocated with a lead dildo given to him 45 years earlier by Rudolph Valentino.

Monday 15th of March 1993 (x) — Mustapha Tabit is sentenced to death for indecent assault, rape, violence, abduction and of sequestrating a married woman, in addition to other assaults.
Tabit was arrested in February for carrying pornographic tapes that featured more than 500 women and several important political figures. Around thirty people were accused of their complicity and involvement and were sentenced to various penalties.
