19-year-old San Miguel and 17-year-old Jerome Green killed 28-yearold manager Michael Phelan, 16-year-old pregnant waitress Theresa Fraga, her 23-year-old cousin Frank Fraga and 35-year-old Son Nyugen during the robbery of a Taco Bell restaurant in Irving on 26 January 1991. Green was sentenced to 50 years imprisonment.

Tessnow also killed Peter's 8-year-old brother Hermann on the same day. Their bodies were found the next day, cut to pieces and with organs missing.
