Friday 9th of August 1957 (-) — Nazi doctor Carl Clauberg dies of a heart attack. Clauberg was awaiting trial for conducting medical experiments on human subjects at Auschwitz concentration camp.
Saturday 4th of October 1980 (-) — SS-Obersturmbannführer Ernst Ehlers commits suicide by electrocution. Ehlers was supposed to go on trial for complicity in murder and his role in deporting thousands of Jews to Nazi death camps on 26 November.
