Monday 25th of July 2016 (x) — Mass murderer Satoshi Uematsu stabs 19 mentally disabled people from 18 to 70 years old to death in a residential care center Another 26 patients were injured. Uematsu turned himself in at the Tsukui Police Station two hours after the incident with a bag of multiple kitchen knives and other bloodstained sharp tools.
